Hebron's go-to catering for elegant events

Give your guests a healthy option by providing a salad bar at your event. The salad bar is a salad choice for our buffet dinners and costs $2.95 per person, minimum of 75 people. This salad bar comes with chopped Romaine, spring greens, tossed mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, bean sprouts, broccoli, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, fresh Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Although we have dressings of ranch, Italian, and Caesar, you can feel free to substitute your favorite dressings.

If you want a stand-alone salad bar with salad served as the main meal, it costs $9.95 per person, minimum of 75 people. It includes all of the above, plus grilled Cajun chicken strips, teriyaki beef strips, chicken salad, potato salad, cottage cheese, Italian pasta salad, sliced strawberries, and orange sections.
