Generally the bride and groom RSVP 2 for the tasting. However feel free to bring along up to 2 more decision makers. With the uprise in COVID this season, we are trying to keep the count down.

Please call 859 689-4030 or e-mail john@lotherscatering.com to discuss your ideas at this time and secure your reservation. Also, send us the Bride's first and last name, your wedding date, estimated guest count, venue name or location of the event, and any thoughts about a menu at this time including if you may need alcohol bar service. ( KY Only ) This will help us begin an estimate before you arrive.

What To Expect:
Come Hungry ! We will have some of our most popular Dinner Buffet selections. Obviously we can't provide the whole menu so discuss what you may be thinking when you call to RSVP and we will try to accommodate but please be aware we can't always prepare items in small amounts ( Prime Rib, Baron of Beef, etc... for example ). 

1. When you arrive we will have an approximate estimate prepared for you based on our conversations and emails when you contacted us. You will be given a tasting sheet and asked to fill it out with all your thoughts and leave it behind. This will give us a better idea of your thoughts and expectations. After reviewing it we will email you an updated estimate within a day or so. 

2. You will have all the time you need to return to the buffet as much as you wish. Following we will discuss with the group what is and is not included to be sure that the level of service you expect and the menu you have in mind for your reception is exactly what you want and need. We will also talk about other services you may need such as Bar & Beverage Service ( KY only ), rentals, plates, delivery & set up timing, linens, appetizers before dinner, deposit & payment schedule, etc. Afterwards we will have a group Q & A. Please use this time to ask all your questions. Others may have the same questions. Then we will visit your table individually. 

3. We are now celebrating 47 Years in business. We are a family owned business and treat every wedding as if it were one of ours. We enjoy doing the tastings and look forward to meeting with you.
