Fajita & Taco Station
Fajita chicken strips on a bed of saute'd peppers & onions, ground taco meat, hard shells & soft tortillas, shredded cheddar chesse, shredded lettuce, taco sauce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, Mexican rice, refired beans, nacho chips & salsa

Mac & Mashed Potato Bar
Lother's signature Mac & Cheese, garlic mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits, chives, butter, sour cream

German Station
Grilled smoked kielbasa, saurkraut, potato rolls, warm potato salad, soft pretzels sticks with cheesy beer dip

Italian Station
Penne'pasta & tri-colored cheese filled tortellini, Italian herb marinara sauce, creamy Alfredo sauce, grilled peppers & onions, grilled chicken strips, parmesan cheese. (Add additional meat or shrimp topping for $1 per person)

Cincinnati Station
Cincinnati style chili, spaghetti, coney wieners, buns, grated cheese, diced onions, hot sauce & oyster crackers

Carving Station
Chef carved Baron of Beef & oven roasted turkey breasts served with mini palm buns or dinner rolls, creamy horseradish sauce & cranberry relish

Street Tacos & Palm Sliders
Fill your soft tortilla shell or slider buns with choice of 2 meats; braised beef short rib with creamy horseradish sauce, pulled pork with sweet BBQ sauce, pulled chicken or (pan seared mahi mahi with cilantro lime sauce, just add $1 per person) shredded cheese, pico de gallo, crispy tortilla strips, pickled red onions & pickled cabbage

Kentucky Station
Deep fried chicken drumettes, southern BBQ, palm buns, cole slaw, green beans with ham

Antipasti Station
Enjoy a variety of roasted seasonal vegetables which may include red onion, yellow squash, zuccini, tri-color baby bell peppers, mushrooms, asparagus. Also enjoy a variety of smoked meats, Italian cheese, marinated stuffed olives, pita/flat breads and roasted red pepper & garlic hummus
