PRICES ARE CHANGING RAPIDLY. ALL PRICES ON OUR SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Also there is currently a meat supply shortage and we may not be able to get the product. 

We require Final Payment for all caterings over 100 people be paid 
2 weeks In Advance.  
( Not applicable to corporate or social organizations.)

Full Service Charges
A service fee will be added to all staffed events based on day, time, location, level of service requested, logistical challenges, use of portable kitchens,  and use of Disposable or China dinnerware. 
 We reserve the right to determine the correct number of attendants to do the job. China events require a larger crew.
Standard fee for disposable dinnerware, buffet style for weddings, begins at $695. 

Gratuity:
 A charge is not added to your bill. We leave this entirely to the host’s discretion. Gratuity is graciously accepted & is suggested to be handled the night of your event directly to your attendants.
Gratuity will be added to your bill for Plated China Events.

Venue Surcharge:
A % surcharge will be applied to the listed costs when the client is ordering catering for  The Grove, The Glendale Lyceum, Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park,  Longworth Hall, Rhinegeist Brewery, The Prickel barn, Carnegie Center, The Highlander & The Center downtown. In addition, additional labor and/or overtime, linen, or clean up charges may be applicable depending upon the requirements of each facility.

Delivery. 
 A delivery fee will be determined by location, day and time. Usually $75.00 - for local events. Weddings $95 and up depending on location.  

Equipment Return Policy:
 In the event equipment is left behind for the client's convenience (Hot Boxes, Coffee Urn, Chafers, Linens, Etc), it is the responsibility of the client to return the items to Lother's Catering unless a pre-arranged fee of $35.00 pickup charge has been paid.

Drop off - No Staffing
When delivering an order when staff is NOT ordered, Lother's will set the food on your  buffet using disposable pans and trays.  No equipment is included . Lother's Catering provides heavy-duty disposable plates, napkins, dinnerware  & serving utensils. For delivery or pick-up, the food is packaged bulk  and sent in throwaway foil containers . We will arrive approximately 15 - 30 minutes prior to your scheduled serve time for a delivery with the food fresh, hot and ready to serve. We will assist you with set up, and although we do not provide chafing dishes for deliveries, we do have them for sale, $15 each. A delivery fee will be determined by location, day and time (usually $95.00 for local events)  

Drop off & Set Up - No Staffing
If requested Lother's can provide the necessary  equipment and linens for the buffet table which the client provides. A fee will be determined by equipment needed, location, day & time of delivery. Usually $150 for local orders. Includes delivery ! Client is then responsible to clean & return all equipment to Lother’s OR  prearrange and pay pick up fee of $35 making your total up front price $185.

Catering Services:
 Catering services are those provided by our professional, uniformed staff who stay on location.  This charge is based on a minimum four hour period from the time they arrive at Lother’s until the time they leave from Lother’s. Any time over four hours is considered overtime and is priced $25.00 per hour , per server.
The buffet attendant will set up, attend, break down the buffet line & pack your leftover food for you to take home. Generally, a buffet line would be left open for 20 minutes after the last person goes through the line the first time. If extended serving times are required, additional charges will apply.
We appreciate the right to advise you on the correct number of Attendants.

Deposit & Payment:
 A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure date. This will be subtracted from your final bill which is due 2 Weeks In Advance. Number of guests and final menu should be recorded by this time. This will not only guarantee a date but also the price up to 8 months from time of deposit. 
A deposit is not applicable for corporate events.

Additional Buffet Lines:
 Buffets consist of one buffet set up with one or two lines. Additional lines require additional buffet set-ups, larger staff, double the equipment and linens. For these reasons a charge or $150.00 is required for each additional buffet set-up, plus the additional staffing required to run the buffets.

Disposable Up-Grade:
 All menus are served on heavy duty disposable plates with heavy-weight disposable knives and forks. However, please feel free to up-grade to clear Prestigious Dinnerware (1.00 per person), China like Masterpiece Dinnerware ($1.50 per person) or China ($10 per person plus gratuity).China up-grade includes dinner plate, salad plate, 1 fork & 1 knife, all additional staffing fees, Linen Napkin, and pre-set & filled Water Glasses.
